- Including collect pet remains, refrigerating and cleaning the remains, individual cremation, providing urns and returning cremated ashes, or arranging ashes burial services.
- The owner can make an appointment to attend the pet cremation ceremony.
If the owner will not attend the cremation ceremony, the cremation process will be recorded by taking photos. The cremation photos can be provided by whatsapp or printed to the customer (Please choose either one). - Marble urn - Marble urn
A pet photo, a short commemorative wordings and the dates of birth and death can be consolidated on the marble urn.
Overweight pets are charged by their weight
Example: 11 kg cat will be charged as dog weighted 10-15 kg
Special Surcharge
- A night shift fee of $400 will be charged for collecting pet remains after 12:00 pm till 7:00 am.
- A $400 holiday surcharge will be charged for collecting pet remains during the Lunar New Year period (The first day to the third day)
- To collect pet remains or ashes delivery to Discovery Bay, an additional toll fee of $240 will be charged per trip; to collect pet remains or ashes delivery to Tung Chung or Ma Wan, an additional toll fee of $100 will be charged per trip.
