It is certainly a heavy blow for owner to experience the death of a pet that accompanied for many years. "H.K. Pet's Hospice Care Service" provides a professional one-stop service to share the pain and sorrow of the owner's loss of the pet. We promise to ensure the owners’ satisfaction and affirmation for our services through providing high-quality services and innovative concepts with advanced environmental protection technology.
Pet Remains Collection
After receiving owners’ entrustment, we will arrive within two hours to collect pet remains (Generally providing 24 hours service)
Our professional motorcade is 24 hours standby for service and most districts in Hong Kong can be reached including Kowloon, Hong Kong Island and New Territories. Also, we can reach owners at the Central Pier when some outlying islands district that our motorcades cannot reach.
The pet remains will be refrigerated in a low-temperature freezer at -18 degrees. Our service coverage over cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, lizards, snakes, turtles, goldfish, mini pigs and birds, etc. (Any inquiry of service for other pet species, please feel free to contact our customer service representative)
Pet remains are placed in separate boxes in the professional giant cold storage at -18 degrees to keep them properly frozen and preserved.
1.1 寵物專屬手帶
接受寵物遺體時，我們會為寵物戴上特製的寵物專屬手帶，以確保在每個善終流程中都能清楚核對身份。
2.1 Cleaning Arrangement
We use high-tech Ozonized Water Disinfection System to fully sterilize pet remains to ensure the health and safety of all owners all along to the last moment of mourning of their pets.
Ozonized Water Disinfection System : Kill 99.99% of Methicllin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli, Salmonella choleraesuis and all other harmful bacteria and virus in 5-15 seconds.
2.2 Cremation
主人可按自己需要去預約獨立火化(可選指定地點)送別愛寵的日子；少於10KG的小型寵物整個過程需時一至二小時完成，20KG–40KG的大型寵物則需約二至三小時完成，骨灰亦可即日取回。
Appointment / Timeslot for individual cremation is 10:00-19:00 from Monday to Sunday.
3. Ashes Storage or Disposal Arrangement and Pet Souvenir
Pet remains are cremated at high temperature and the ashes will be stored into containers after cooling. We provide several types of containers such as pottery urn, marble urns, mini glass bottle, aluminum boxes and wooden boxes for owner’s alternatives.
Owners can keep pets’ hair, DNA, paw prints or ashes for souvenirs.
Several ashes arrangements are available as below:
A. Stored in ashes container
B. Sea burial
C. Land burial
D. Stored at household (In-store pickup or delivery)
E. Yearly rental of pet memorial cabinet in our company's branches (Opening hours: 10:00-20:00 for 365 days a year. "Except the first three days of Lunar New Year")
